Well, i'll do some Final Fantasy pictures ^_^

[Avathar]

I did some requests (haven't finished them all), but here's already a painting of Kefka.

[Zeromus_X]

That's...amazing. How did you make it? (Canvas?) Still, really awesome!

[Avathar]

It's done in regular acrylpaint on cardboard (size = A3)^^

^^This is done with a normal blue pen, size = A4

[Zeromus_X]

*dies* What art classes have you taken?! I'm still a student, but I already know that you have definitely more experience then me.

So...pretty....

[Tiny Bronco]

To do that in pen...I am impressed. I would never have the will power to do that. I'm a bit OCDish. I like the Back Mage the best. Something about his hat and collar. Anywho, very nice stuff.

EDIT: Your signature looks like a fatter version of my cat. They have the same markings and everything.

[Shaggy]

Nice Avathar, very nice!!

[Avathar]

I've followed an art education, two years Image and Architectural Arts, and two years Free Image Arts. (That's high school ) And now i'm doing Graphic Illustration, which is more, well, Graphical
And i've been drawing with a pen forever, really. When i sketch, it's just like a pencil. But paint above all is my favorite material:

Here's another Final Fantasy request i got: an older version of Eiko. ...turns out as kinda a mixture of Eiko, Garnet and Rikku

[Zeromus_X]

Wow, I hope I'm as good as that someday...

[Avathar]

Vincent's portrait ^^

I've also edited into black/white, just to see what's better. For you to judge^^:

[Zeromus_X]

Well, I prefer black/white pictures than colour, but that's just me.

Still...*foams at mouth*

[Avathar]

I made that painting last night, and i was to tired to work on the facial details further, but hey, it's paint, i can still work on it.

^^Glad you like 'em^^

[Zerlina]

Beautiful art, Avathar ^^

[Sephiroth v.2]

how you... maked this pictures... they are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Avathar]

How do i make paintings....well, i guess i could ask someone to film me while i'm making one . If i would explain the way you make something, than it's too litteral. When making artistic pieces (which is my job ) it's more about the feeling you have with the material, then it doesn't matter if it eventually looks good, as long as the athmosphere is right.
Did that make any sense....
Anyhoo, paint is the material i'm using a lot lately, and i really like doing portraits nowadays.
I look kinda sad in this picture, though :/

^^

[Seyluv]

Whoa you good.

[Kat]

wow thats amazing! i wish i could be that good!
those are just awesome !

[123456789]

That's!!!!!!!!!!!!
...That's...amazing.

....

[Avathar]

Here's a Kirby and Link sketch. ^^

And this was also a sketch i was working on: Chiyo (from Azumanga Daioh) in a Moogle outfit.

[Zeromus_X]

*dies*

*recovers*

Avathar, what kind of paper do you use?

[Avathar]

that was ordinary paper. It looks like it's some brown tinted, but that's just the effect of the light on the camera.
