Is FF1 the only FF where you can buy ethers?

Just like they wouldn't make KH: Final Mix and keep it for themselves, that'd be ridiculous, Japan likes to make quirks for themselves, least Square does. America does that, too, though.

Well in Ring of Fates you can buy them and enimes drop them and in Echos of Time there a 1use drop item
