Mario has a TVshow to. BUT, look at sonics design its like a kid could have drawn him. its pretty hard to do a good mario. And Sonic-R sounds just like a big rip-off on Mario Cart.

yay another mario fan :D

and quoted for the truth ^.~

The Mario show is kinda stupid though but it's still better than the Sonic show.
I gave up watching the Sonic show a while ago, particularly when the same scenarios were used again and again. Get's old, fast.

Mario = Fun, easy, infinite replay value.

Sonic = Fun, diffcult, infinite replay value.

Now you know why people favor Mario over Sonic. =D

Well, the games anyway.

Mario>Sonic characterwise too.

Imo theres some parts in Marioa that are rly hard. Some lvls in the original is crazy.
And there is allways stuff that is har in the newer games. Getting all stars in the 64 is rly hard in my opinion.

I think mario is harder too, does anyone remember super mario allstars for the super nintendo?

there was a game on it called 'the lost levels' I thought that was pretty hard to do.

Many many lives was wasted on some jumps in The Lost Levels. And the control wasnt helping at all, i cant belive it when i see movies with guys (for shure japanes) rushing trough the game without stopping.

Super Mario World's "Beyond The Star World" levels are pretty much easier than some of Sonic's acts. And THAT friend, is saying something.

In Sonic, you have to run while your eyes face the front of the screen, making sure nothing's in front of you at all times, and to jump at the right moment at all the right places. o_O

Bolded for the thruth. Moreover, I've never been able to get all the Chaos emeralds!!! Has anyone been able to do it???
Oh, how boring is to do it! (sarcasm) I bet there's more excitement in watching a boring turtle coming slowly as hell from the beginning of the screen!!

Nice to see you again Jake :)

chaos emeralds? in the megadrive versions yes, and as for it being mentioned that you have to watch the front of the screen cause sonic is running fast, well you only had to worry about that if you were going to do a speed run of the levels so you got a massive bonus for completing it quickly.

I dont do that when playing sonic as I like to explore the levels and find the secrets.

Sonics no fun if you just are hurrying to the end of the level just for the sake of it.
