What is your favorite FF

[Marius]

now i really have 2 take it from ya D.R, besides if we can still carry a game like Mystic Quest, whats one more ff disaster lol

[Darkreno]

true but nothing compares 2 ff7

[Sleazer]

Final fantasy 7 rockz!

[Gackt Camui]

Yeah FF 7 does rock. I would have to say 10 does too

[Phoenix Flame]

Its so difficult for me to choose between X and VII - so I'll say they are both equally my fav's. <3

[Judge Magister]

I refused to play FFXII for the longest time (because of the new battle system). I bought it recently (I'm in Iraq and REALLY bored, plus I own all the other FFs so I had to complete the collection), and after a few hours, I really started to enjoy it. By hour 10, I was hooked. FFVIII is by far my favorite FF *ignoring the snickers*, but FFXII might come out on top.

[dappa]

I haven't had any internet now for a week and a half and all I have had to play is final fantasy 12 to play so I am now hooked on it finally. It has taken me nearly six months to get hooked on it.

Finally this game has drawn me in.........................

[Phoenix Flame]

...I wonder if you'll both say that when you finish the storyline? o_o

*Mod Edit* I added additional options to the poll.

[dappa]

does it have a pants ending then?

[Phoenix Flame]

Pants? Don't grasp the meaning there...

...but basically - Square could have made the game a lot better with a different storyline IMO.

[dappa]

So basically the ending is naff then? Thats what I meant by pants

[Gackt Camui]

Yeah I can't seem to get myself into FF 12...the beginning is just lacking what a FF game is. It starts off slow and it just stays that way. Not to mention the main character is just so blah, unlike some other FF characters where you get to know them right off the bat you know?

[Shinra Soldier 1]

Ugh, I can't believe people liked Final Fantasy Ten that much

[clief101_]

ff7 all the way...ff10 was ok i guess, but not the best

[locke cole]

i only have ff1,2,6 *starts crying*

[dappa]

locke, i recommend you get your hands on the other ones ASAP.

[Phoenix Flame]

locke, i recommend you get your hands on the other ones ASAP.

Yeah, I second that...start with VII or Tactics...then work your way towards X. I would buy XII last and then work my way back towards the classics if I were you.

I would never snicker about that. I respect FFVIII very much. I defenitly think it's amoung the best FFs. I'll elaborate later when I'm not in a hurry.

[dappa]

The more i play final fantasy 12 the more i enjoy it. In my eyes this game is starting to become a classic

Kee-kee! (anyone get that?)

Anyway, I quoted my quote. Slurp.

So, elaboration time. The Draw and Junction systems in FFVIII reamain uniqe even 9 years later. And allow for a lot of custimize-ness. Drawing magic is repitivie but the various Magic-RF abilites GFs can learn can help with that. I'd say more but I'm lazy. So there.
